What is the difference between margin and markup?

Margin is profit divided by sell price. Markup is profit divided by cost. A 50% markup is not the same as a 50% margin.

Why is margin capped under 100%?

Margin of 100% or more would require zero or negative sell price relative to profit. The tool fails closed with a clear error.

Can I price many SKUs at once?

Yes. Use Bulk grid, optionally load CSV (name,cost[,price,margin,markup]), reorder lines, then export XLSX or CSV ZIP. Cap is 40 lines per session.
