Do my images upload to Reckap?

No. Conversion runs in your browser with canvas and pdf-lib. Reckap does not receive the files for this tool.

Which formats are supported?

PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF (first frame), BMP, AVIF, HEIC/HEIF, and ICO when this browser can decode them. SVG is not allowed. Formats other than PNG/JPG are rasterized to JPEG before embedding.

What is Fit vs Letter vs A4?

Fit makes each page the same pixel size as the image. Letter and A4 use standard paper sizes with optional margins, scale modes, and a contain background color.

Why are there size limits?

Very large images can exhaust browser memory. Per-file MB caps and pixel caps reduce freeze risk on typical laptops.

How is this different from iLovePDF JPG to PDF?

Many online converters upload files to a server. Reckap Images to PDF keeps processing on your device and does not offer OCR or cloud storage.
